Joy Fusion Band

Keesh is a versatile bass player delivering deep pocket and musical feel across R&B, jazz, funk, pop, and rock. Equally at home on stage and in the studio, he locks in grooves that serve the song and elevate the band. Currently playing in Keesh & Friends, and JAM: Jackson and Mars.

Jameson or Jamo Mechem has been passionately playing drums since he was 11 years old. He is competent in a wide range of genres with rock and RnB as his strong suits. He has worked with over a dozen bands in the last five years and is currently an active member of six. “I am grateful for the opportunities that the St. Louis music scene has presented me over the years. I’ve met so many fantastic people and learned so many great things. I’m very happy to be part of this experience.” - Jamo

Joana Dominguez is an actress, singer, and storyteller. Her theatrical credits include her participation in the cast of Disney's The Lion King (Mexico). Her voice has been featured in dubbing for animated series and films. She also participated on The Voice Mexico. Joana's work is deeply rooted in her cultural heritage, celebrating resilience and identity through art. She also performs with the Latin American music band Manos PanAmerica in St. Louis and is thrilled to blend Latin American folklore with the jazzy sounds of this incredible group.

Nick is a force on the guitar in the styles of jazz, rock, and beyond. He recently recorded “Blue Cosmos”, an album of all-original music by Nathan Rauscher, and also performed an electric show on the Jazz St. Louis stage over the summer with Ethan Saake. Nick is a core member of the Joy Fusion, as he brings an elegant, soulful, delicate, yet gritty sound that completely complements the group. His tone and voicings on the guitar is something of transcendence, with every note being pure intent.
