Refunds and exchanges: We do not issue refunds on tickets. Tickets are a buy-at-your-own-risk item. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. If you are not able to attend and wish to give your tickets to someone you know, you can transfer your tickets by calling the Box Office at 314-256-1745 or emailing us at bluestrawberrystl@gmail.com.
In the event of postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling of the show, we are happy to offer refunds if you are unable to attend the new date. If you choose to continue to hold your tickets when we reschedule the performance, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date and you will be notified of the change via email.
Bad weather: We do not issue refunds or exchanges on tickets due to inclement weather.
Changes or cancellations: Performance names, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation. The Box Office will contact you with any changes to the event and review options as necessary.
