Julian Primeaux

High wire, soul-stirring show full of twists & turns. It’s an emotional roller coaster of mega-stadium energy, full-throttle boogie & cathartic, heart-on-sleeve, tender, poetic ballads. Soaring vocals intertwine with ripping electric guitar, weeping steel guitar & shimmering harmonica.

Grammy Award nominee and Louisiana Music Hall of Fame inductee Julian Primeaux is the son of rock’n’soul & southern roots. Sounding like a Swamp Blues Freight Train guided through a Spiritual Explosion. The blues runs deep in his songs of both heartache & joy. Julian's passion for playing guitar started when he was 8 & by age 12 was performing live regularly. Ever since, he’s sang & played everywhere from juke-joints in Louisiana to Times Square in New York to concert halls and festivals all over Europe.

In 2022, he became a Grammy Nominee for performing on Corey Ledet's album. Julian’s album 'Songs For The Heart Of Sister Flute' was released in July 2023 & received a nomination for Offbeat Magazine's Best of The Beat Awards for 'Singer/Songwriter Album of the Year'. In July of 2024, Julian was Inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame & was a featured spotlight artist on NPR’s World Cafe. His latest album, "Spinning Heartache Into Gold" was released in 2025.
