Refunds and exchanges: We do not issue refunds on tickets. Tickets are a buy-at-your-own-risk item. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. If you are not able to attend and wish to give your tickets to someone you know, you can transfer your tickets by calling the Box Office at 314-256-1745 or emailing us at bluestrawberrystl@gmail.com. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling of the show, we are happy to offer refunds if you are unable to attend the new date. If you choose to continue to hold your tickets when we reschedule the performance, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date and you will be notified of the change via email.

No. Your table assignment will be given to you by the host/hostess when you arrive. There is often a better opportunity to choose your table location the earlier you arrive.
We do our absolute best to sit you at a table with only guests who are in your party. If a show is sold out, we may seat two parties together.
No. If you come to our venue to purchase tickets, you will not pay the ticket fees. Our box office is open Wednesday through Sunday, 6pm-9pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the show depending on ticket availability.
Please check your ticket confirmation email to confirm what time the doors open for your show. Most of our shows begin at 7:30pm, with doors opening at 6pm.
If you have purchased tickets to a show, you may come in anytime after the doors open to have dinner. In the last step of the checkout process online, you may choose a dinner reservation time. This helps our staff to plan accordingly. Dinner and drinks are served before and during the show.

We are an all ages venue. Children are allowed but some performances may not be appropriate for young children due to content concerns. If there is an age restriction for a show, it will be clearly outlined in the show description on our website.
